At QoCo Ventures, we are building the foundation for a thriving entrepreneurial and venture capital ecosystem—one that is inclusive, innovative, and impactful. Our mission is to develop 3 million entrepreneurs and 7,000 venture capitalists over the next 20 years by bridging the gap between emerging founders and investors.
QoCo Ventures was founded by a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Department of Defense acquisitions, strategic leadership, microelectronics, and remote sensing. With a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Emerging Technology, our founder brings deep expertise in business models, venture investing, and startup acceleration.
Our approach is rooted in education, mentorship, and strategic connections—ensuring that underrepresented and emerging entrepreneurs receive the knowledge, capital, and support they need to thrive.
We sponsor events that brings communities together to collaborate and become force multipliers. One example is The HBCU Digital Literacy Summit. We engaged students, administrators, faculty, researchers, and other HBCU community stakeholders, along with senior leaders, scientists and engineers, program managers, civilians, contractors, and other DoD stakeholders to discuss strategies and develop action plans for building capability and capacity on HBCU campuses.
Over 350 participants were in attendance at Central State University for two days to collaborate and take meaningful action toward this goal.
What We Do

Venture Capital Education & Training: Through our investor accelerator, we cultivate well-trained VCs, starting with HBCUs as a pipeline for talent.

Business Development: We will help you identify and understand your target market, develop solutions that effectively address key pain points, and design scalable revenue models to drive long-term growth.
